Refund Policy – SnugAura™

At SnugAura™, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided

For hygiene and comfort reasons, items that have been used, washed, damaged, or altered may not qualify for a return or refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product received

  • A brief explanation of the issue

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless:

  • the wrong product was sent

  • the product arrived damaged or defective

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be issued for:

  • Incorrect sizing selections made by the customer

  • Delays caused by courier services outside our control

  • Products showing signs of use or damage after delivery

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
